In the reader and in search
Triage adds category, priority, whether a reply is needed, whether a person should handle it, and a suggested action. The reader shows this in a compact disclosure. It does not replace the message.
Search operators: needs:reply, priority:high, category:billing, human:required, security:quarantined. The same operators work in MCP search_emails. Quarantined results do not include body text.
