Is FlareMail replacing Cloudflare Email Routing?

No. Cloudflare Email Routing remains part of the mail flow. FlareMail adds the browser inbox, search, organization and sending experience around it.

Do I need to maintain an IMAP server?

No. The product is specifically designed to avoid the traditional IMAP mailbox-server setup.

What exactly is free?

Your first three domains are free. Each can have the domain email addresses you need. Pro is $10 per month for 12 domains, then $1 per extra domain. Agency is $60 per month for unlimited domains.

Is Pro really capped at 12 domains?

Yes. Pro includes 12 connected domains. Additional domains are $1/month each. Agency is $60/month with unlimited domains.

Can I send from my own domain?

Yes. Sending from connected domain identities is part of the product experience.

Can I self-host?

Not today. FlareMail is fully hosted — we run the Worker, D1, and R2 for you. The codebase isn't public, so there's no self-host path to deploy right now.
