FlareMail setup guide From free signup to a working inbox in five steps — open the app, sign in, and connect it to Cloudflare. Using multiple accounts Run several mailboxes side by side — each account connects to its own Worker, with its own aliases and a default for sending.

Domains & mail flow

Add a sending domain Add your root domain in Cloudflare, then add it in FlareMail. The app writes DNS and routes every address on that domain, including agent mailboxes. Connect Cloudflare Email Routing Route one exact address by hand. Adding the root domain in Sending domains creates the catch-all for you. Sending from your domain Send to anyone — not just verified addresses — by connecting Resend so outbound mail leaves through a reliable provider. Inbox vs spam tests Embed unique signals in new outreach and probe Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo to see whether mail is hitting the inbox or the spam folder.
