## In the reader and in search

Triage adds category, priority, whether a reply is needed, whether a person should handle it, and a suggested action. The reader shows this in a compact disclosure. It does not replace the message.

Search operators: `needs:reply`, `priority:high`, `category:billing`, `human:required`, `security:quarantined`. The same operators work in MCP `search_emails`. Quarantined results do not include body text.
