## Protected from connected agents

Agent Shield is separate from the Inbox and Spam folders. A quarantined message stays readable by a signed-in person. Connected agents, Agent Keys, and the developer API receive metadata only: no body, HTML, raw MIME, snippet, or attachments.

Release is explicit. There is no automatic release. A message flagged for malware stays blocked and cannot be released to agents.

FlareMail Shield still scores authentication, links, and content. It is not a guarantee against phishing. Agent Shield adds a quarantine state so agents cannot read a message a person has not released.
